It is recommended that children under 18 be accompanied by their parents/caregivers.
The sessions for children are tailored to their ability, attention and their endurance, in conjunction with parent goals. Whenever possible, the parent is integrated into the session to support the child by doing the movements with them.

Teens are more capable of being active participants in the sessions by setting their own goals and choosing their activities.
The goal of the sessions with teens are not only to address academic/social/emotional concerns, but to provide them insight into their own stress tendencies and teach them tools to help themselves. This is foundation building for future self responsibility and self-awareness.
