February 10, 17, 24, 2021 Workshop to Explore "No"
"No" gets a bad rap sometimes.
Some people think in order to be considered a good or nice person, one must say yes to the needs of others.
There is a reason why in development there is a whole phase devoted to the word "NO".
In most cases, a clear "NO" coming from a place of certainty is exactly the boundary, the container, the starting off point that is needed to make decisions and have clarity.
Sometimes "NO" is the most compassionate and loving thing you can say to others as well as yourself.
If you are someone who struggles with just being able to say "NO", or feel like your "NO's" are not taken seriously by others, or if you have any challenges around this word, we will explore and reorganize your learning around this starting from a neurological perspective.
Participants can attend all three sessions or do it on a drop in basis.
Dates: February 10, 17, 24, 2021
Time: Wednesdays 6:30PM - 8:00PM

FUNdraiser For Those Impacted By COVID-19
Together We Thrive
Remote Group Balancing and Optional Meditation
I began these remote group balances in March 2020 in response to unprecedented stress in response to Covid 19.
The stresses related to the pandemic continue, but new and even more pressing events related to how we relate and connect as a country are arising, possibly bringing up new or increasing feelings of helplessness, anxiety, fear, and a myriad of other emotions.
Whether you're a seasoned brain gym practitioner or are totally new to brain gym these are tools that are available to help us in times of stress to move out of reactivity to one of conscious choice and intentional action.
This is a remote group balance to connect with each other and help release fear or stress and to get connected to the calm that exists under that so we can think clearly and do what we need to do in our own lives but also for the wellness of our world.
This remote group balance can be experienced online from the comfort of your own home. It is a way for us to come together and support each other while still keeping safe.
After the brain gym balance participants can choose to participate in an optional group meditation.
50% of the proceeds from these tickets will be donated to an organization working on the front lines of medicine, mitigating hunger, or providing resources to families impacted by COVID 19.
I hope that you can sign on and connect!
Date: Tuesday March 16, 2021
