But in the years since I started Brain Gym, I've seen things in myself that I thought were unchangeable change.
I've also seen character traits and habits that people think are unchangeable aspects of themselves begin to shift, almost effortlessly and automatically.
Some of these include
-fears of public speaking dissolve
-movement becomes more coordinated
-time management and organization change
-family/romantic relationships become easier and more love filled
-leadership qualities start to emerge
-people start doing things they only wished they were able to do
