Historically, November has not been a month I typically schedule Brain Gym 101 because of the beginnings of holiday madness, but we had a lovely group of therapists, parents, college students and professionals come together to learn Brain Gym!

Another effect of "Hook Ups" is that it makes one feel more positive about any challenging task. We can all use a dose of this, especially during the holidays!
